Sunspot 1117

According to Spaceweather.com, Sunspot 1117 is four times larger than Earth’s primary core. It is also a quiet sunspot.

This is my first attempt to image a sunspot through webcam imaging. Image was taken using a C90 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope, solar filter, and Celestron NexImage Solar System Imager.

To the stars!
