Obamastronomy by David Levy
I’m an avid fan of David Levy, an amateur astronomer who wants to share astronomy to everyone and one of the discoverers of the Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 that hit Jupiter 14 years ago.
In his blog entitled Obamastronomy, he briefly discussed his what-ifs about politics and astronomy. According to him, “What if there were astronomical qualifications for holding public office?”. I wish that is possible especially in the Philippines. Imagine a politician who knows a lot about astronomy and promotes it to everyone, hahaha. I’ll be very happy if such politician exists… .
Kidding aside, here’s the link to his blog.
HAPPY International Year of Astronomy!!!
